Our gray was found injured in my mother-in-law’s back yard. After three weeks of rehabilitation, he started talking……..at 5 A.M. on a Saturday morning. When you’re stirred from sleep to the sound of a voice screaming “My name is Pete, Help me!”, a baseball bat magically appears in your hand. All has been well since. These birds have a remarkable vocabulary and they will absolutely stun you with their responsiveness to love and attention. Congratulations and enjoy your long life together.
That’s a nice shot. Where was it taken? I’ve been thinking about picking up a fixed focal length lens for my D70.
Is this the bird that loves you, or the bird that hates you? 🙂
