After the radio show last night I decided to pay a brief visit to The Big Top to see Peter King and Sir New England James Alan (1/2 of The Light Rock Express) lay down some lovely light rock. It was beautiful, man.
A few more pics here.
Wednesday night Light Rock light
Nice shots. Are these perceptively nicer than from your previous camera, or am I just imposting the knowledge of your new camera over these pictures?
LLLLLL
These are much nicer than the previous camera as I have more control over all the settings and the lens is VERY fast.
Being able to shoot in the higher ISO range (1600) combined with the 2.8 aperature lens makes this camera very versitile and capable in low light conditions.
I shot about 20 pictures and most of them were technically good but compositionally weak as I played around with the various angles.
Additionally, it appears there are two new lights in the Big Top that help break up the “redness” of the club.
I’d like to send you info on Bayou City Art Festival. How should I do that?
