Vandalism? Art? Who knows. Evidence suggests that the billboard modification was performed by someone who goes by the moniker give up.

BTW, what is that thing in the lower left of the sign? I recognize all the other objects.
We have one of these billboards in the Heights as well, with a razor blade & the words, “give up.” Seems kinda wrong… Someone appears to have graffiti-ed over the sign as of last night, with the addition of “never” before “give up” and some other attempts at making the message inspiring, but the whole thing is just weird. Any idea where these billboards come from?
