One of our more recent weekend traditions is taking a bottle of wine over to Collina’s for dinner. It’s a great opportunity to have some good Italian food and consume a bottle of wine during a great conversation.

Wine With Dinner
It doesn’t matter what wine you have with dinner so long as dessert is followed by a good belt or two of single-malt Scotch. Bon appetit!
My current favourite is a Malbec (similar to a Merlot) called “Lo Tengo.” It’s a bitch to open but oh my GOD is it ever good.
