I’m having to adjust the way I compose my photographs.
Part of me really likes taking a picture and conveying the whole subject to the viewer. But with macro photography some of the most interesting things are just slices of the overall object.

Great pictures, Jay. Found your site from the Woodland Heights Bulletin Board, where a friend of yours posted that you had some great pictures. My sister lives in Woodland Hgts, so I keep up with what’s going on in the neighborhood even though I live in UT.
I keep checking in just to see what pics you’ve posted. Certainly enjoying them.
